Half potatoes with rosemary

That potato salad will get boring after a while and not everyone is crazy about fries or is allowed to use a frying pan in his / her house at all. These baby potatoes will make you forget the fries!

- 2 tablespoons of rosemary, dried

Preparation
1. Prepare a BBQ for indirect grilling. I used a kogel BBQ where you can do this by putting the coals on one side and leaving the other side empty.
2. Meanwhile cut the potatoes in 2 and put them in a bowl. Add the olive oil and rosemary to the potatoes and mix well. Let it steep for a while.
3. When the BBQ is at the right temperature (+ -180°C), place the potatoes on the indirect zone. Let them cook for about 15 minutes.
4. The potatoes are ready when they are tender, feel free to taste one while cooking. Of course the chef wants something too.
